MokaFive Silver Partner
MokaFive Silver Partners are organizations interested in taking the first step toward building relationships with MokaFive. The Silver Partner level provides an introduction to the broad array of program benefits and support MokaFive offers to help you build your business.
MokaFive Gold Partner
MokaFive Gold Partners are experts in delivering MokaFive solutions to their customers and have a high, measurable level of customer satisfaction. Gold Partners enjoy enhanced benefits, plus access to internal MokaFive resources to complement our sales and marketing information, tools, and support.
MokaFive Platinum Partner
MokaFive Platinum Partners deliver the highest value to their customers and demonstrate expertise in the MokaFive solution, consistently achieving revenue targets and attaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Additionally, Platinum Partners participation in MokaFive’s Support Program enables them to deliver technical support for MokaFive's products. Access to MokaFive’s technical product training and direct access to senior-level technical support engineers are key features of this program. MokaFive provides Platinum Partners with the richest benefits, including extensive access to marketing, sales, and technical resources, with an additional focus on joint planning, as well as the development of mutually beneficial customer relationships.
All new MokaFive partners enter the MokaFive partner program at the Silver Level. To become a partner, partners must complete the program application. New partners must agree to the program terms of participation as a condition of program enrollment.
North American partners may be promoted through the MokaFive partner program levels by achieving the requirements described in the matrix below.
Partners must meet an annual minimum sales-revenue goal, as shown in the requirements matrix. MokaFive prorates the annual target for partners who join during the course of the performance year. Partner status is reviewed regularly for re-tiering.
